We’re feeling optimistic. We hope you are, too.

The availability of COVID-19 vaccines allows us to, finally, see hope on the horizon. We’re feeling better about the future and ready to return to normal. Our lessons from 2020 have made us stronger. The entire IHS team feels as though we’ve earned advanced degrees in resiliency, agility and humility. We are prepared to tackle the new normal with new skills and perspectives.

We learned four major lessons that shape how we, through our CrossCheck and IHS Consulting Group services, can help you move your onsite food and hospitality program forward and deliver a more extraordinary program than ever.

LEAD BY PURPOSE

Crisis taught us to stay flexible as we crafted a new vision. We, however, never lost track of our purpose. IHS is grounded in our “Golden Circle.

Every IHS decision, every action in the past year reflected our purpose and our values. We will continue to use our Golden Circle as our compass to ensure we deliver for our clients.

By staying loyal to our values, we will help you develop an extraordinary vision and experiences for your onsite food and hospitality programs.

REIMAGINE SERVICES

Introspection led to a new vision of our services. We looked at how the world changed during the pandemic. We studied how we delivered our services. We used new technologies, new ways of engaging with clients. We created new methods to nurture client relationships and stay connected over the pandemic.

By being flexible and agile, we will help your organization develop new best practices to deliver onsite food and hospitality services more efficiently.

INVEST IN INNOVATION

Our team evaluated all of our tools, notably CrossCheck, during the past year. We invested time and money to create better opportunities and experiences for our clients. We introduced a web-based action planning portal and improved our dashboard reporting. Our clients now can dive deeper into their CrossCheck reports in real time from anywhere.

With better tools, we will provide services that help you better assess and react quickly to deliver world class food and hospitality services.

DELIVER EXCELLENCE IN A VIRTUAL WORLD

We adapted our services in the pandemic world. We went 100% virtual, conducting RFPs, vendor presentations, strategic planning meetings, work sessions and design consulting. We plan to use what worked well to complement our on-site services in the future.

We will use what we learned to meet your needs in both in person and virtually.

We learned to adapt during a difficult year. We stayed committed to our team. Now our team is ready to commit to you.

We will help you tackle the challenges of the new normal in onsite food and hospitality. Let us be your coach and move forward together to make 2021 an extraordinary year.
